Welcome boys and girls today we have a math lesson, Does being single mean you’re desperate? Let’s ponder the evidence shall we…. Well not exactly a math lesson, and before I get going too far, I know I’m going to have to get a big leather daddy to grab a paddle and spank my ass for not writing like I should here. That said. Moving right along….
I went out Sunday night to Woof’s after softball because they were the host bar and it was ok, but half way through the night, a few of my team mates decided they were going to get me laid. And upon reflection, I got pissed off, hell I was pissed off at the time. Some how they got it in their head that being single and not having a sex life (we’ll talk about that in a sec) I am desperate. Well, for one, my sex life is where it because I want it there. I used to be a ho, hooking up and tricking a few times a week. But the reason I did it was because I wanted to get companionship with out the attachment. And I’m not saying that if you go around and have sex (as long as it’s safe, that’s another whole discussion) then go have fun, as long as you’re both on the same page, knock your self out hang from the chandeliers and break out the hand cuffs.
Back to my story, well they kept going what’s your type and I was pointing out guys. That I liked, but that was a bad night at the bar. I though we were talking get me a date, but they were talking “lets get me laid”. So one of them had a friend come up and he was ok, and they told me that he was single and such, he wasn’t really my type but sometimes I’m just too damn nice, and then they went and talked to him and made me go talk to him. First he wasn’t my type and second he was drunk off his ass. Not a good first impression.
But why is it most guys in a relationship think us single guys are so totally miserable without a man? What’s up with that? In the last few years I have really done things that were good for me and made positive changes. Ones I don’t think I could have done dating. But who know, I would love to hear from some of you about this. Give me your 2 cents!
