Ok, so I’m stealing, well that’s such an ugly word, I’m borrowing an idea from Scott-o-rama. He has on his site get Scott a new job, well since I ain’t got one, it’s get Tim a new job. I learned in my advertising class that 50% of new advertising is just copied from someone else, so why wouldn’t this be good enough for a blog ideas? So here goes:
What I am looking for in a job:
• Location, well I would love a job in Buckhead, Midtown or downtown, to be close to school but hell I ain’t picky, it if pays I go where ever it is.
• Type of job: well I’ve only done administrative jobs, and its what I know but I’m at GSU downtown and closely approaching my graduation date, May 2006, I see the light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not a train this time. I am going to school for marketing so I would love a job that has either an entry level marketing position or an admin one where I can move up as I graduate and gain skills
• My qualifications and what I like doing: I would love a job doing PowerPoint Presentations. I am really good at designing custom presentations. That includes backgrounds, bullets and graphics. I have advanced MS Office skills and am a wiz at anything in office. I eventually want to go into special events/convention Planning and also give presentations. I took a great seminar last week and giving them is a lot easier then I thought. I was taught some common sense about them. Lastly I have 5 or more years working admin and previous to that was retail.
Anyone out there know anyone hiring in the ATL area let me know, SEND ME AN EMAIL ASAP! See this isn’t exactly like Scott’s
